1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings and purchases made through the SalahLuxe platform, operated by 33SKAMAL LLC. We want to ensure a fair and transparent process for all cancellations and refunds.
2. Villa & Apartment Reservations
More than 14 days before check-in
Full refund (minus processing fees).
7 to 14 days before check-in
50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before check-in
No refund. The full amount is non-refundable.
No-show
No refund will be issued for no-shows.
3. Experiences & Activities
More than 48 hours before the experience
Full refund (minus processing fees).
24 to 48 hours before the experience
50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before the experience
No refund.
If an experience is cancelled by SalahLuxe or the service provider due to weather, safety, or other force majeure conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Artisan Products
Before shipping
Full refund if cancelled before the item has shipped.
Damaged or defective items
Full refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Please send photos of the damage.
Change of mind
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Please include your booking ID or order number, the reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control, SalahLuxe will offer a full refund or credit for future bookings at the customer's choice.
7. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may contact your card issuer to initiate a dispute. We encourage customers to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
