1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SalahLuxe website and platform located at salahluxe.com ("Platform"), operated by 33SKAMAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its principal place of business at 1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Services Offered

SalahLuxe provides:

  • Luxury villa and apartment rentals — short-term vacation stays in Morocco.
  • Curated experiences and activities — guided tours, excursions, and cultural activities.
  • Artisan products — handcrafted Moroccan goods available for purchase and shipping.

3. Booking and Reservations

When you make a booking through the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement to pay the total amount displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless otherwise specified. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

Availability is checked in real-time. A temporary hold is placed on your selected dates during the payment process. If payment is not completed within the hold period, the reservation is automatically released.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. SalahLuxe does not store your credit card information. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

The total price displayed at checkout includes all applicable fees. There are no hidden charges.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information on cancellations, refunds, and modifications.

6. User Accounts

You may create an account to manage bookings and access your dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of 33SKAMAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 33SKAMAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any services booked through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking or product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
