  • United States — international shipping.
  • Europe (EU) — international shipping.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items. The total shipping cost is displayed before payment confirmation. There are no hidden shipping fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can also check your order status from your SalahLuxe dashboard.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund.
